The Workshop
CHARMA was born from a simple belief: that the finest footwear in the world was already being made in Peshawar — it just needed to reach the people who deserved it.
Each pair is cut, lasted, and stitched by hand in Charsadda. No conveyor rhythm — only the pace of skilled hands that have done this thousands of times.
Peshawar's climate cures leather evenly. That is why chappal from this city carries a reputation that travelled long before the internet did.

How a Pair is Born
Five steps. Zero shortcuts. Every pair made the same way — by hand.
Hide Selection
Only buffalo and cowhide graded for thickness, grain, and tannage. No synthetic material ever enters our workshop.
Hand Cutting
Straps and vamps cut by eye by experienced craftsmen — templates are a guide, skill is the tool.
Lasting & Shaping
Upper pulled over the last by hand. Shape is set by tension and decades of experience — no machines.
Sole Stitching
Leather sole layered, stitched, and edged using traditional hand tools. Each stitch placed deliberately.
Burnish & Finish
Wax finish, hand burnish, and final quality check before every pair is approved for packing.
